SAFE & COMPLIANT DRONE ROOF INSPECTIONS

Roofstudy pilots hold recognised remote-pilot qualifications, including the CAA A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC), and operate in accordance with current UK drone regulations.

Before each inspection, we assess the property, surrounding airspace, weather conditions and any local flight restrictions to determine whether the flight can be carried out safely and legally.

Our commercial drone operations are appropriately insured, with flights conducted within visual line of sight and applicable height and airspace restrictions. Additional safety measures are introduced where required by the site or surrounding environment.

This allows us to capture detailed, high-resolution roof imagery while minimising the need for scaffolding, ladders or unnecessary access onto the roof itself.

That's exactly what I  got - a thorough report on each section of my roof and a prioritised list of recommended work to be carried out. The visit took just over half an hour during which Dan took over 100 photos, all of which were released to me, and key ones were used to illustrate any issues he found in the report.
